Do I need to get on a call?
No. Everything works by email and a short video walkthrough. If you'd like a 15 minute call, we're happy to.
I don't have a logo, photos or any text.
That's normal. We write the copy from a few quick questions, pick colors that fit and source images. A designed logo is a $199 add-on.
How do website changes work, and how fast are they?
Log in with your email and a one-time code, describe the change and attach any photos. You get a preview link, usually the same day. Tap Approve and it's live.
Can I edit the site myself?
Not directly. Your site is hand-coded, which is why it's fast and secure. You send the change, we make it, you approve it.
I already have a website and a domain.
We rebuild the site and connect the domain you have. If you use email on that domain, we leave it untouched so nothing breaks.
