Skosh vs Squarespace: done for you vs do it yourself

Squarespace makes good-looking sites, and its plans cost less than ours. The difference is who does the work: you, or us.

Is Skosh cheaper than Squarespace?

No. Squarespace's plans start lower. With Skosh, the price includes the design work and someone to make your changes every month.

Can I move my Squarespace site to Skosh?

Yes. We rebuild your site, hand-coded, and connect your domain. If you use email on that domain, we leave it untouched.

Do I get a template to choose from?

No templates. Within 24 hours you get two homepage directions designed for your business. Pick one or mix them, then we build the rest.

Can I edit a Skosh site myself?

No. You sign in with your email and a one-time code, describe the change, and approve a preview. We do the editing.

What happens after the 12 months?

It goes month to month and you can cancel anytime. Your domain stays in your name, and you can buy out the code if you want to keep the site.
